Curry, curry curry! At a supermarket. These are instant curry products!
I am enjoying the stay in Tokyo. I expected that the weather in Tokyo is pretty cold, but actually, it is warm and comfortable.
On Tuesday, I left Fukuoka and arrived Tokyo. I saw Mt. Fuji from the sky! It was the nice view.
I checked in the hotel which is located near the Sinagawa station. This is the third time to stay here. After I checked in the hotel, I had late lunch at a restaurant near the hotel.
I had a glass of red wine and the hamburger steak. It was really nice!
In the evening, I went to Gaienmae to meet my friend, Sakae. I was working with her when I was in Tokyo.
She is a Korean-Japanese, and her husband is an American.
She invited me a nice Japanese restaurant which is owned by one of her close friends.
The restaurant was really elegant. The presentation of the dishes are truly beautiful! I was really impressed by the tasty dishes.
Sakae is interested in the India market these days. I hope we can work together in the near future.
After the dinner, we stopped at Sakae's favorite bar in Roppongi.
Surprisingly, the bar had the whiskey "Amrut fusion" which is brewed in Bangalore!
In The Whiskey Bible 2010, Amrut Fusion single malt whiskey got title of world's third best whiskey.
I ordered a glass of the whiskey.
It was very good. At the bar, we met Sakae's friend who is a musician. She is a Chinese-Japanese and was born in NY. Her story was very interesting, too!
On Wednesday, I visited two companies (my clients) which were doing business between Japan and India.
I went to Ochanomizu area at the lunch time then went to Roppongi in the late afternoon.
Tokyo is a big city. It is pretty tough to move around. Anyway, I met more than 10 people, and had really meaningful conversation.
I am sure that my job between India and Japan will increase more and more in next a couple of years!
